You will need to file a police report and they can work with Microsoft to attempt to track the console. There is no way that you can do it yourself.

I already have done that. Microsoft said that there isn't anything they can do to track it at all. I just want to know if there is another way

Can they at least ban it ? I know they can ban it somehow , so at least the low life pos that stole it cant enjoy it as much ....hate thieves , just hate them...

Have the police contact Microsoft - they work with the police all the time to attempt to track it down, but the request has to come from the police - they can't do anything if you are the one to contact them.
