    Any way to remove payment options directly from the xbox interface?


    I know that under Payment Options there is also an option to remove payment options, BUT when I try to register a new credit card, it explicitly says "To remove a credit card, go to xbox.com/support". So is there a quick and easy way to remove a credit card
    (or paypal account) directly from the xbox interface or do you have to do it via the support website?

    Removing a payment option.

    Here is what you do.

    1. Turn your 360 on

    2. Push the center Xbox Button

    3. Scroll over to “Settings”

    4. Go to “Account Management”

    5. Go to “Manage Payment Options”

    6. Then Go To “Remove Payment Option”

    7. Select the unwanted cards you want to remove.

    If you cannot remove the old payment option by the way I listed above you have to either add an new payment option. Then select the new payment option to be your default payment option. Then you are allowed to delete the old Pay Pal account if this does
    not first work.

    Please be aware that you will not be able to remove the payment option if it is currently linked to an active Gold subscription. First you will need to cancel automatic renewal and once your current membership runs out you may then remove the payment option.

    Can't seem to download Free "Games with gold" full games

    For some reason the new web interface seems to like you choosing a payment option, even though it then says 'selected payment option: credit card XXXX; price: FREE'

    Try from the console itself instead and see if that works out any better for you.
