Is there any way I can get logs or proof as to why my account was banned? all the enforcement team told me was basically deal with it. just trying to understand how I can banned for cheating and legitimately not know how i cheated.

no as they go by server data not your data which can be manipulated

I have one phone number and 2 email addresses set up as proofs and I'm still getting the error message....any way to fix this?

The best advice to help you change, so you won't get a suspension in the future, is to take a look at the

is a violation of the Code of Conduct and can earn you a suspension, as well.

Suspensions/bans aren't fun and Microsoft doesn't want to limit your playing experience. So just make sure to follow the Code of Conduct you agreed to when signing up for an Xbox account.

Sorry to hear that. "crazY" is right. Wish help could be given here in the forums. I would get upset too. The enforcement team would be your go to source. You might also want to contact xbox support. Maybe, it could be some kind of system glitch? Not sure.
Doesnt hurt to ask.
