    Any way to delete my old profile?


    So a few months ago, I made a new profile, thinking my old one was already lost in the ether of the internet. But I tried using my usual user name and it wouldn't accept it, said it was already used. Unfortunately, I closed down the email linked to the old
    account, and I don't remember the password either.

    I want to know if there's a way to have my old account deleted? Seeing as I don't think there's any way to recover it or even have it fused with my new one.

    Why is my deleted account still possible to be viewed over Xbox Live?

    I just deleted my old account ReaperGrimX but when I searched the username my old account came up, is there any way to completely delete it?

    I would like to reset all my game statistics. When I upgraded to Windows 10, my statistics from Windows 8 was transferred to my game. I cannot find a way to delete this old data. I have been to my xbox account, hoping to find a way to delete it there, but
    cannot find any way to do that either. I would be happy to just delete all my old user data, and start completely over. If anyone can tell me how to do this, I would appreciate it.

    Update:

    I was able to download my computer profile to my console.

    I would still like to know if there's some way to delete the old Xbox live account without deleting my Microsoft account.

    Im not sure how to do this yet, but i tried deleting my profile but my xbox said it could not perform the action. I only tried to delete my profile through my xbox hard drive. Is there any other way to delete my profile?

    Added a new alias and deleted old one without making the new one my primary

    Hi Rodrigo. I still have access to the account under my new primary. It defaulted to my new primary when I deleted the email that used to control my account. My gamertag and lifetime worth of gaming is under the email I removed from the account before making the new one my primary, so my Xbox profile is no longer under my account since I deleted the old one early if that makes sense. Is there any way to get my old Xbox live account back?
