Hello, around 2 weeks ago I was given a permanent suspension on my Xbox profile. This came at me as a surprise as I don't believe I have done anything to warrant a suspension, let alone a permanent one. The suspension also did not describe what I was banned for, saying that there were "No details available at this time". I believed this was probably just a false ban, so I appealed, simply asking about how there was no reason given for the ban and how I don't believe that I have done anything that could have violated the Xbox Live policies. The enforcement team responded saying that my account was suspended due to soliciting, still without giving any evidence or the content that was deemed to be considered soliciting.

The only thing that I have done on the Xbox network recently just before the ban was making a looking for group post trying to find players to play Minecraft with me on a realm. I perhaps thought this could have been mistaken for soliciting as there was an invite link provided that would allow players to join in order to play with me. I think a robot may have auto flagged this as a link to a commercial site or something, hence giving me a suspension. I replied to the case email to provide further context and explanation onto what would have gotten me ban and to further appeal. However, they did not respond to my emails.

I have later filed a complaint with the BBB against Microsoft in order to hopefully find someone who could assist me, however I was only directed to a support agent who mentioned to me that they could not assist me with my problem and that the enforcement team would be able to respond to my concerns on the Xbox forums, hence bringing me here.

I have no strikes on my account and have only gotten one other suspension on my account from over a year ago which was a 2 day suspension and was also because of a looking for group post looking for players to play Minecraft with me. However, I did not appeal this suspension as it only lasted 2 days and I was told there would be no point as by the time Enforcement would respond, the suspension would be over. I also believed this suspension could have been caused due to me mentioning "no hacking" in the post and a bot may have detected the keyword hacking and gave me a suspension.

Plenty of others in the Minecraft community creating looking for groups posts often post about looking for players to join their Minecraft realm, and I have made posts several times looking for players to play Minecraft with me on a realm that have not gotten any penalties which makes me believe that what I posted does not violate the Xbox Live policies.

I am very desperate right now as my Xbox account holds a lot of game saves, purchases, and a lot of time spent along with friends I have made on the Xbox network that I am losing because of this. I have done whatever I can possible in order to find some way to contact the Enforcement team to further talk about this issue and I am 100% certain this suspension was a misunderstanding.

If anyone can provide any sort of guidance, or your experience on how I would be able to contact enforcement in order to get this issue resolved, or if enforcement could reply to this post, that would be greatly appreciated.
