Any way to block other profiles from using my purchased DLC?

Is there any way to prohibit other profiles from using the DLC I bought on the same machine? I am aware that I could buy it on a different console so its licensed there, but I'd rather not do that.

i can't play my vudu purchased movies from xbox 360 to xbox one....why?

i have a bunch of vudu movies purchased from my xbox 360 but my list doesn't show up in my xbox one vudu aplication...i am using the same profile in both consoles.......

do exist any way to sync my vudu aplication between both consoles....thanks

 

Transfer data question.

I have searched around quite a bit, but have not found any information directly answering my question. Not sure if I am searching the right way.

But anyways... I will give the run down.

I have 2 360's. One of them is an offline unit (for kids). I will connect my profile to it online on occasion and purchase games or dlc. I know this content is married to that 360. However, I am looking to upgrade the harddrive in it from a 120GB to 320GB. Now, my question is. If I use a transfer cable, will the new harddrive affect the married content and making it where I have to log into my profile to use that content, or will it transfer the console license with it and it will work as normal?

I am trying to avoid having to use my profile on the kid's console to use the content I purchase with my account.

That's really the only thing you can do. That's how the licenses are supposed to work, so there are no settings you can change to block other accounts from having access to your content.

just wondering, why would you don't want others to use the same dlc you have?

 

My question is the exact opposite. In Forza 5, I purchase DLC vehicles and they are available to me and my son's gamertag. When I purchase DLC in Forza Horizon 2 only I can access them. How do I get him access to them as well?

 

If there is no external download to your dlc and only ingame bonus, you can not share it to other profiles. These are in general associated with the savegame! you are using, not even with the profile.

 

I purchased Forza Horizon 2 as a download on day one as the ultimate pack which would provide the first 6 months DLC packs as they became available. Some of them have and again, only I can access them and not my son's gamertag.
