Any update on compatibility issues between X1S & Vizio M65-DO?

I just received a Xbox One S & a Vizio M65-DO to compliment each other with 4k HDR abilities. I am well versed in the technology that makes 4k HDR work with the Xbox One S and I ensured all the specifications were good between these devices, but to my horror
I now see there has been an issue since day one between these two devices. (More than 6mo ago it was posted on this forum!) I have the most recent firmware for the tv and Xbox. I am getting intermittent black screens when playing hdr and non hdr games and streaming
content (regardless of the content resolution.) Also when playing a 1080p Blu-ray Disc last night the screen would randomly go grey with color streaks in it then go black. I'd have to go to Xbox home then back to bluray for it to start showing the video again.
Not to mention some terrible lip sync issues. God only knows what will happen with a 4k bluray with HDR! I was hoping to find out what the status is on a fix for this incredibly popular and high rated series of tv's. Internal streaming of 4k HDR works flawlessly
on my tv as well as my PS4 Pro that I usually keep in the bedroom that I plugged in to test out to ensure it wasn't an issue with my tv. After seeing now it has been over six months since Microsoft found out about the issue I will need a definitive time table
on a firmware release date to correct this issue or I will be forced to return my console and buy another PS4 Pro for my living room. I've always preferred Xbox so I am genuinely hopeful to hear you guys are near release on a correction. Any helpful user feedback
beyond "turn off hdr or 4k" is welcome! Otherwise please stay out. lol, thanks in advance support team!

So I'm sorry I haven't posted any updates to this thread in awhile. But here's my current situation. I started having hardware issues with my vizio (top 4th of the backlighting went out.) So after that and all the frustration with HDR content, I decided
to exchange my vizio m65-d0 for a samsung ks8500, and I couldn't be happier. The picture is absolutely outstanding and my x1s? I have the beautiful green check mark next to every possible setting on my x1 and my video has not cut out once. I also read that
the ks8500 does not support dolby10 so I'm curious if the video issues have to deal with dolby10 and hdr10 that vizio offers. Just a thought. But again if at all possible for anyone on here with the hdr issues to exchange for a samsung ks8000 or ks8500 I highly
recommend it!

For everyone else, though, I'm still in here for you. We're trying to recover from the hectic situations that come with a platform change (and after being on vacation for a week), but I will provide an update once I am able to settle and get everything sorted

What info do you see in the 4K/HDR specification checklist in the display settings? ("4K TV Details")

The HDR10 media profile must be supported on your TV in order for HDR features to work with the Xbox One S. I see that your TV supports "Dolby Vision" for HDR, but I don't see anything about "HDR10" on the
spec page. If it was enabled somehow, does disabling HDR and/or choosing a different color bit-depth help with the black screens, and possibly the audio sync issues?
