Any troubleshooting steps for Black Screen and Achievement Issue???

Hello

The Stuff with the Unlocking achievements is a known Issue, They are working on it!

Please give some more detailed Information about other issues.

But you can fix a lot temporarily with a Hard Reset. Have you tried a
Hard Reset? For that follow Step 3.

For Blackscreen try that:

1. Try another HDMI Port on TV and Maybe another HDMI Cable
   
2. And get shure your TV is on the newest Firmware available
   

• Hold Power Button on Console at least 5-6 seconds untill you hear a beep and Console turns off
  
• Wait ~30sec. until the light on the Power Supply turns Orange.
  
• Disconnect Power Supply from Wall Outlet and from XB1
  
• Wait again ~40sec.
• Plug Back in Power and try again.
