Any thoughts on whether backward compatibility will support games purchased digitally?

This occurred to me when I realized Mass Effect was going to be one of the first games eligible for backward compatibility. It says you have to put the disc copy and this allows you to download a digital copy. But if you own a digital copy, I'm wondering
if you'll still get access to the digital copy for the One?

If a game is not compatible with Xbox One, whether it's a digital or disc version, it cannot be played on the console. However, some Xbox 360 games are backward compatible with Xbox One, and you can check the list of backward compatible games on the Xbox website. If the game you purchased is on the list, you can download and play the digital version on your Xbox One.

No. The One is still not backwards compatible and cannot run 360 games whether they are digital or discs.
