Geez, I had to look this one up!

OG stands for original gamertag. They are gamertags such as Dog, Water, Prologue, and Crime.
They are any common WORD, not words. 2 words are semi OGs. Naming phobias that no one knows about is not OG, unless its something as common as claustriphobia.

And no it is NOT OG as no one knows what it means! You would have to tell them or they would have to look it up. It is not a normally used word. You ansered your question yourself!

I can bet that he said "OG" because that's what I refer to those older tags as. Except I call them Original Gamers because I doubt they're gangsters, LOL. I don't think he in any way intended to use you as an example. And by saying. "OG" he could have been
referring to a number of gamers. I've seen so many people that have had "OG" in their name. Trust me, you're not the only person with "OG" in their name.

When someone says OG about a gamertag I think it's one from when the first Xbox console first launched.

These days it seems that OG is considered any tag that does not have the #[insert numbers] at the end of the tag.

OG Xbox: Didn't have a OG Xbox.
