    Any quick fix actions for the blu-ray player "Error 0x91d700a" on XboxOneS


    Ive had this happen multiple times in past few weeks. Ive unplugged cables and reset power too many times. i eventually reset the whole device this weekend to get it to play discs again and here I am at the same problem days later.

    Have you tried with different disc? Either games or dvd or blu-ray?

    What console you own? Xbox One (old fat), S or X?

    Have you checked if disc(s) are clear? not damaged? no scratches? have you tried to clean disc drive? and the lens of the reader? you can find product to achieve this, maybe is simply dirty.

    Thank you for your quick feedback. But the problem is the App "Blu-ray Player". The App is not running. The App doesn't start.....the code pops up immediately.

    I can install games via disc, but I can not run Video/Audio discs using the app "blu-ray player".

    It worked before.

    Any others idea? Is there an alternative app available?

    Blu Ray Problem: Cannot play Game of Thrones Season 3

    The latest update did not fix the playback issue with Game of Thrones Season 3 on Blu-Ray.

    Some users may encounter the error that was causing the Xbox to not read the disc, again, even after updating the Blu-Ray player app.

    To work around this, fire up the Blu-Ray app with no disc in your Xbox.

    You'll be prompted that there is no disc in your drive.

    Insert Game of Thrones season 3 blu-ray into your drive.

    Viola, and enjoy.
