Any promos going on for a free xbox one?

WWE 2K16 - No Free Play for Preview Members

Preview Members were excluded from the free play trial of WWE 2K16. Is this going to be the norm for promos or was this an untimely glitch?

I recently purchased an Xbox One and received a code for 3 months of Xbox Live Gold for free. I also see that there are online promos for 14 days free and 30 days free. Am I able to use the 30 Days Free code and then use the 3 months free code that came
with my console? This will be for the same account and I have never been an Xbox Live or Xbox Gold Live member. Thank you!
