    I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE....I GET TO THE SCREEN WHERE IT WANTS TO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE AND I KEEP GETTING ERROR CODE Ox8B0500B6 and I CAN NOT GET ANY HELP ON WHAT IS WRONG. VERY FRUSTRATED AS THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT AND CAN NOT EVEN USE IT

    Are you receiving any sort of error codes? What OSU file you use depends on what error code you are receiving.

    I recommend taking a look at the article titled
