Any one else having headset problems?

me and my friend are trying to talk in a party on Xbox one but out headsets are not registering in the party :/ anyone else having this problem? How is it fixed?

XP400 Headset on Xbox one

So I recently bought The xbox one adaptor from turtle beach called "Ear Force Headset Audio Controller" for use of my XP400 on Xbox one I've done all the steps audio works fine but i can't seem to get any chat from my headset or hear anyone else my mic won't
even pick up my voice was just wondering if anyone else was having this issue.

yes that happens sometimes

hint: Hold PowerButton on Console for ~15 seconds wait until power supply light turns orange unplug Console for 60 seconds then try again)

in some games (destiny) you can Change between Party and gamechat during the game.

(view for Sparrow -> D-Pad left or right will swap between both..)

Also in Party App you can do that by clicking on your gamertag...

may also check your privacy and security Settings.

reinsert the Headset..

Do a Controller Update with HEadset plugged in.

I tried 3 different Cod games tonight and they were all playing up.

I was trying to play Black Ops zombies earlier, and it just kept freezing when i tried searching for a match. The same happened with my friend. Maybe it's a similar issue?

Ok...well, back to my OP: I rented a copy of Halo 4 and guess what the same wierd thing happened twice. So I guess it is not the disk after all. Mortal Kombat freezes up at the VS screen of all the 2 player matches I have tried to far. And it is installed!

It is the only game that I have installed, cause the console won't install any of the others.

Any one else having headset problems?
