    Any memories playing couch co-op?


    I feel like couch co-op is no longer a thing. Growing up, I loved playing split-screen with friends and family. Call of Duty was my favorite game to play with my cousins. We would always play multiplayer or zombies. With my sisters, I would enjoy having building competitions on Minecraft where the winner doesn't do their chores. I like how games are multiplayer now, but it is a better experience to sit next to the person you are playing with.

    I'll go old school with mine, but my favorite memories in gaming are of me and my friends playing the original Halo couch co-op. We'd stay up all night playing and had a blast!

    My daughter and I used to couch co-op Minecraft as well. We had a blast. Now that she's older we'll occasionally couch co-op Halo (which she is really into) or we'll play Castle Crashers together.

    Number of players

    First depends of the game, then you need to know if is a splitscreen game or a "couch co-op" (couch co-op doesnt use splitscreen, are like FIFA, PES,...)

    If is a splitscreen, probably the general max players should be 2 and for "couch co-op" seems to be 6.

    The numbers you talk, as been said above "18", are the max but in online co-op (could vary from game to game).

    That is super rad news. I rember playing the first PSO on original Xbox co-op with friends. Hopefully this will have a couch co-op mode as well.
