Thanks Gerry, seems it is likely the Windows Insider build. I dropped back as far as possibly from dev builds without having to reinstall andstill issues. Seems it's any insider build

Surprised as the alpha and beta were absolutely rock solid in

Hello, are any of the people affected part of the the Xbox Insider builds? If so please report the issue inside of the Xbox Insider app.

If not you can also report at support.xbox.com. The more who report the more it confirms if this is indeed an issue in the latest console update.

Since it is on an insider build, we can't say that normal troubleshooting steps would solve the issue, and your best bet is to reach out on the Xbox Insiders Subreddit. I know
it's a non-answer, but that will get other people to comment if they've had the same issue or if they have resolutions, and better visibility and communication with the insider development team to investigate if it is an issue with insider builds, or an application
issue. Since there is no real way for us to test or rule out if it is a platform, game, or Insider issue, the Insider channels are the best source for you to get help.

Reporting through the dashboard, and the Xbox Insider Subreddit are going to get it visible to Insider dev team, and you might
also want to reach out to the developers for if they have further troubleshooting, or if it's an issue they need to investigate for the Xbox One build.

If you're on an insider build, then please make sure to
file a report to the developers. You might also find better results asking other Insiders if they're seeing something similar at the
Xbox Insiders Subreddit. There you'll find more Insiders, see if they're having the same issue, and they might have better troubleshooting steps for you to try on the Build your
on. This can happen with the pre-release builds with the Insider Program.

In addition to posting there, I'd recommend you check your Microsoft Account page, and check Services & Subscriptions for the status of your Gold or if there are any other issues listed there. It'll have the status of your subscription, when it was renewed,
when it will be charged again, and if there are any issues. You can also check your Order History under Payments & Billing there for when it was last charged on your account.
