    Any issues changing insider rings?


    Thinking about moving up from omega ring to alpha or beta rings. Really want the ability to sign in on multiple devices. ie. Watch disney+ on tv, play games on xcloud. Any issues or annoyances moving rings? I have 4 family members accounts on the xbox. I see you have to re-setup the box, does this include accounts etc.?

    Are you an Xbox insider by any chance? If so, then constant updates are normal, especially when the update is getting closer to public release. If you are getting sick of them, you can either change release ring or leave the insider altogether, just download
    and launch the Xbox insider hub, and from there you can change rings or remove the console from the program altogether.

    If you are unsure if you are an Xbox insider, then you can download the Xbox Insider Hub, and launch it to check to see if your console in enrolled in any of the insider rings. If it is, and you no longer want to be in any of the rings, then you can unenroll
    the console using the app.

    Is the console enrolled in a Insider preview?

    If so change rings or leave previews all together by unenrolling the console. This will factory refresh the OS and may solve any corruption issues of System Files on the console.

    You'll need your account details to set up the console again.
