    so I'm trying to play and it keeps telling me something went wrong or that the person that bought the game needs to be signed in. Well I'm the one that bought the game!!! And the error codes don't come up on Xbox help.

    any ideas?

    if you have a word that you like, try using a thesaurus to find similar words. you can also try using a dictionary as a way to jog your brain for words you may not have thought of.

    There is nothing that can be done from these forums since its an account issue involving sensitive information. You need to keep calling the support number and hopefully it gets resolved for you quickly.

    Also try hard resetting your Xbox. It cleans up the cached files and refreshes the home dashboard.

    greetings, please check the region your connecting to and also i find if your not capturing it runs better.. good luck

    hate to say this however delete the game and reinstall, your purchase history will show you own the game so install will be fine.

    also please check the region your connecting to and also i find if your not capturing it runs better.. good luck
