Any ideas on removing analog drift?

I have had my Xbox one controller since late September 2014 and my controllers left analog stick has started to get some real bad drift almost to the point where is it impossible to use it properly. I'm pretty low on cash at the moment so buying a new controller
isn't an option for me at the moment. So I was wondering if anyone else had real bad analog drift that they managed to get rid of some how?

DRM and sign in down now sort Kinect always plugged in.

Any other ideas on removing kinect? IF M$ say I can just cut the wire and plug it it in that way I am back on board>

Controller situation

I have a black normal xbox 360 wireless with a buggy right analog( moves hud to the left slowly) and a silver chrome controller wireless with a busted left analog (sprints hard to use)

-Any way to fix them?

Also im looking to buy two new controllers one wireless one wired, any ideas? Where should i buy them amazon or gamestop?

I have gone through 6 controllers now and I'm tired of replacing them. Because I play NHL games which are heavy on the stick movement compared to other games the controllers stick will last anywhere from 1 week to 1 month before it starts to drift. If I
just play FPS's I can get maybe 4 or 5 months at best. This is because the plastic piece on the inside attached to the gearbox is made of plastic as opposed to the copper that was in the 360 controller. I was going to shell out for the Elite controller like
a fool but found out that they have the same plastic piece inside of those also, so basically I have to quit playing NHL and I will be moving my gaming to Steam. I have been gaming with xbox since I was a kid but when Microsoft's only response is to tell me
to buy or replace a new controller every month, even with the warranty I'm tired of replacing the things, it's unacceptable. FIX YOURSELF MICROSOFT!

Stick drift means the analog is shot and needs to be replaced.

I find it a bit funny that people look back on the 360 controller so fondly. Sure I didn't have any that just stopped working completely but I did have 2 with broken mic jacks and a bunch with drifting analog sticks.

The early 360 white controllers were good but they cheeped out later on and produced junk analog sticks that would only last a few months before they would start drifting.

I'm fine with the X1 controller but the analog sticks seem to still be prone to drifting. They need to beef the analog sticks up but I don't see that happening it's a way for them to sell more controllers.
