Any Ideas Before I Give Up ?

Posting here is a last resort before I have to accept that my Xbox One is kaput. Every time I sign in , it gives me an error code. Every time I start playing a game it says Syncing Data, then usually an error code. With both these issues if "try again" usually
on the third attempt, I can connect. Then I stay connected sometimes for hours and sometimes it drops just a few minutes later. Ive spent hours on the phone with Xbox support.....weve tried far too many things to list on this post. If this sounds at all familiar
to anyone or even better if they somehow resolved this issue please let me know. It would be a great help. Xbox One phone support suggested I take it to a store or a friends house to see if it was the network or hardware. This is a tough task and not easily
done during the work week. I also don't like the idea of packing up my Xbox and sending it off....

Can you try setting the MTU to 1500? Some routers may have issues with MTU settings and require a higher setting to actually get it to "stick."

Connection is wireless

encryption is WPA2

wireless is internal on xbox 360

UPnP status is unknown.

i have road runner from time warner cable

i am getting mtu error code and MTU setting IS set to 1364.

 

I'm sure the Problem ist you Router or your ISP.

So what we need to know is: your ISP is?

Your Router model is?

Do you run the latest Firmware for your Router?

Can you post the Error Codes you get?
