    Any help on why an already redeemed code won't show up?


    Hey folks,

    Looking to shed some light on this slight problem. I recently switched consoles, re-installed GTA5, set up my microsoft account and decided to start a new game (for maybe the 5th time). Yet this time that 500,000 in game money I had from a pre-order redeemed
    code is not coming up in the story line. It is showing the 500k on the online mode but not the 500k it gives you to use with Franklin in the story mode. I just noticed I had not set up the new console as my home console but don't know if that could of affected
    in any way. Any ideas??

    I redeemed the code probably within 15 minutes of when it was posted. I can't explain why your keys didn't show up if the message you are getting says that code has already been redeemed. Weird... Did you check to see if your key quantity went up?

    Hey TommyX V7! If you press the menu button on the game tile and select "manage game" do you see the bonus listed there? Post back and let me know!

    Games that I own from redeem codes no longer in my owned games.

    Amd there's no chance you could have redeemed the codes on any other accounts? That's typically the only reason a purchase won't show up on your account.
