    Any help on starting the game Kursk.


    Cannot get the game to work. From the main menu , none of the buttons work and I cannot select anything. I've downloaded it twice now and even reset the Xbox. Nothing works. Any help would be great.

    Hi, Dooley. I hope you're doing well and safe out there. I'm an Independent Advisor and I’m happy to help you today.

    Sorry to hear about that. Is this the only game that is having this issue? Kindly also try clearing your MAC address. Go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try to launch the game again.

    If that did not work, try changing your DNS. Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings > manual

    Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8

    Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

    then check again.
