    You can request a call back from an Microsoft Support Person and they will be able to help you with any issues you are having or any questions.

    Hi Rcott,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. You will need to reply to the email that stated you were denied. This is the only way to appeal the decision. If you have any problems you can try to request a call from support.

    When you go to Contact Us to request a call back follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    bet you never heard of this problem xbox users!

    The System may have been ISO'ed and made it so that the xbox won't reconize any of the games your experiencing problems with.

    Try Calling Xbox Support and Open Up a Case with them.

    3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
    4. Select Error Messages and codes
    5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
    6. Select request a callback from support
