    Any Game I Purchase Will Freeze Upon Starting It


    I have gone through several Microsoft Tech Support people, but they all think something is wrong with my console. I have done every single troubleshooting there is, but my games still don't work. My connection is good enough to play, and my account has never
    been banned, so that would not be the issue. They will not do anything to fix this problem, so I am unable to play any games that I purchase until they are able to fix this problem. If Microsoft will not fix this issue, it isn't even worth it to pay for Xbox
    Live Gold and new games.

    If Microsoft doesn't find a way to fix this issue, I might just switch to the PlayStation. At least Sony makes working consoles and actually fixes the problems they create.

    Has the new patch (1.05) changed the game DRAMATICALLY better?

    Before I installed the game I would get random game freezes and stuck in doorways every 35-45 minutes of gameplay. Has nothing to do with the patch(since it was downloaded upon purchase) Since Ive installed the game i have experienced ) issues

    Mercenaries 2 Freezes Up

    Even though Mercenaries 2 came out in 2008,I just recently bought the game.Upon inserting the disk and starting the game after the intro advertisements then the game freezes up upon trying to "Connect to the EA Servers".Ive tried to reinsert the game like
    4 times and each time the game freezes up before I can even start a new game.Please fix this freezing up Mocrosoft with updating the game with a patch....THANKS

    Saying that you will move on to Playstation won't solve your problem.

    Have you tried clearing your cache by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds?

    Retry afterwards.

    My Batman Arkham Origins is having a Disc reading error and keeps freezing what do I do to fix this?

    Does it happen for both discs? If not, take a closer look at the one that's freezing for there's possibly some foreign matter on the disc preventing the scan. Is it freezing upon startup? If so, try starting the game offline before signing-in at the 'Start'
    screen, good luck...:)

    Console freezing upon start up

    No luck still. Xbox is in a well ventilated area, no game in it, and it still won't load (though, the 2nd to last time I tried to start it, it was able to load all the way through the white start-up screen but then immediately cut to a green screen).
