Any game from the i get from the windows shop makes a werid noise

Ok so when i open any game that i got from Microsoft store such as Minecraft or cuphead any time i launch the games it starts to make a werid noise i cant hear any game audio on a zeeeeeeeeeeee noise and when i put down my game audio the noise stops but i cant hear the game if i put up my audio i now hear the zeeeeeeeeeeee noise again i dont know why this is happing but its been happing for a while

First check if windows 10 is up to date. Make sure your time and date are correct on your windows settings.

There is an "Optional Updates" button in the smallest print. Kindly check and go to driver, and download the existing drivers needed. Then restart, plug in the Receiver. Go to the same optional updates, and updated the driver.

Make sure that this is turned on "Receive updates for other Microsoft products when you update Windows" under Advanced Options

Check for store updates: Start menu, select Microsoft Store > More > Downloads and updates > Get updates.

If Updating the system doesn't help, I'll suggest you run a scan to check for problems and repair them.

Press Windows + R, type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as administrator. Next type sfc /scannow in Command Prompt window, and press Enter to start to scan and repair corrupt system files in Windows 10.

I received my Xbox One yesterday, was fairly excited and all. Didn't have any money left to even buy any games for it yet. Just browsing the dashboard mainly.

But then the fan started making a whirring/buzzing/fizzing (like soda water in a glass) sound and it does this all the time unless I start up a game.

And noone responds on these forums or from the shop I bought the thing from, I guess it can only get better!

But truth be told, I hate Windows 8 on PC's, but it looks fine on consoles. And the controller is a beauty. But... that... noise!!! Argh.

Felix from xbox forums here.. My first suggestion would of course be to send in your Xbox for repair, but since you've tried that

5 times already.. I would go with a complete factory reset. (Keep games and apps option)

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One

Make sure you know your email and password because you'll need to redownload your profile back onto the Xbox.

Also, you'll need to reconnect to your network / wifi .

Got the console from Game its the second one, the first bought this Tues had same noise problem, exchanged for another new console on Friday same noise the shop are saying nothing wrong with console its the design which does not make sense a console would
not be released if it had an inherent noise problem because of the design.

Will ask for a refund on Monday
