Any Fix for Xbox Fitness Not Loading?

It appears that I am having the same problem as most. Xbox Fitness was working fine, then all of a sudden after a lengthy warning screen, loads the app and 10 seconds later goes back to the home screen. I was able to get it working again by restoring the
xbox one to factory settings, and then reinstalling (after power cycling). It would have been nice to not to have had to do this. I tried many other options before this (as suggested by other threads/posts).

Has Microsoft addressed this as either a development issue, a hardware issue, update related, etc?

Xbox Fitness is kicking back to home screen

Downloaded Xbox Fitness app using trial Live Gold account. App successfully downloaded, but each time I start it, it displays "Fitness" logo and then returns to home screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitness app with no effect. Rebooted the console
by pressing Xbox button for 5 seconds and waiting 30 second before restart - also did not help.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

Xbox Fitness crashes to home

Xbox Fitness crashes to home on my console too. I don't have any Skylanders, or any other extraneous USB devices plugged in. I have hard reset my console multiple times and this does NOT fix the issue. This is not a Skylanders issue.

 

This happens to me after almost every workout, just before the stat screen appears the xbox goes back home and the fitness app resets. Great news is that it still tracked my progress and calories burned.

 

It does not award the stamps though... lost a dozen ones
