    Any difference between Xbox One S 500GB/1TB/2TB models except storage?


    Does anyone know if there is any difference between the 500GB, 1TB and 2TB models of the Xbox One S except for the obvious storage difference? I mean like performance wise or the like?

    This might be a really weird question for some but I am thinking of buying an Xbox One S and was wondering about this since I know with the PS4 the 1TB model was known for being a bit more silent for example. So I was wondering if anyone knew if there is
    any difference like that with this console?

    Hey, Gizzmo! In the U.S., the launch edition 2TB Xbox One S will be available for $399 USD, the 1TB Xbox One S for $349 USD and 500GB Xbox One S for $299 USD. The 1TB and 500GB versions will be available for purchase after launch.

    Xbox difference

    Hi there,

    the difference between a regular Xbox One s and a Xbox One S 1TB will be that the 1TB version will have a 1tb storage device and not a 500GB storage device.

    So the 1TB which is about 1000GB will have approx. twice the storage amount compared to the 500GB version.

    Keep in mind that if needed the storage space can be expanded by connecting an external storage device (USB 3.0 and at least 256GB) to expand the available storage on any Xbox One console.

    Hi

    There is no differences between the models apart from the size of the internal hard drive.

    The special editions are just cosmetically different as well all the internals are still the same.

    The 2tb model comes with the stand so the console can be vertical instead of like the original xbox one where it sat horizontal.
