    Wireless Adapter keeps powering off

    When i turn my xbox on everything works fine, but when i use netflix or try to play online my wireless adapter powers off.

    I've tried using a different usb ports but the same thing happens.

    I even plugged it in to my pc and it stays powered up with no interruptions . I also tested the usb ports by charging my controllers my controller and no problems.

    I guess my point is why is my wireless adapter powering off when connected to my xbox but not when its connected to my pc?

    Can't turn XBox One on with my controller anymore.

    Recently, I noticed that when I powered on my X1 controller, the console no longer powers on with it. Also, when I turn the system off by tapping the light or by Kinect, the controller doesn't turn off like it should and it just stays on (controller is 100%
    synced/connected to the console).

    I know this is a "small" problem, but it's just inconvenient to me. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

    Try the HARD RESET might work if tried more than once. Hard Reset Motion: turning power off, unplug the cord from the power adapter, wait a several minutes, re plug, and turn on console.

    Try turning off the controller, then unplug the adapter. Wait about 15 sec then plug the adapter back in the controller and power the controller back on. You could also try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until
    it turns off then unplug it from the outlet for 30 sec then plug it back in and power back on.

    Hey there .

    If you're still having trouble with your Xbox One, let's have you power it off completely by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. Once your Xbox One is powered off, unplug it completely for 30 seconds and then reconnect and try connecting your controller
    again. Let us know how that goes :)

    I've had the same issue all morning. I tried everything. Nothing fixed this issue.

    What I've found is I can get the game to start, if my controller is powered off. Once I power the controller back on, it acts as if it's not connected.

    It seems as though there is an issue with the game when the controller is connected. Goes back to home screen everytime if I have a controller powered on when trying to launch the game. Aslong as the contoller is off, the game starts fine. Just can't get
    passed the "press any button to start" screen.

    Hello,

    You should power off your modem and router and your PLC adapters for 5 minutes. Power on the modem and wait one minute for it to connect properly. Power on the router and wait another minute. Plug in your PLC adapters.

    Power on the Xbox and navigate to Xbox network settings. Select Configure Network and slide to the Additional Settings tab. Select Restore network settings to factory defaults. Press "B" on your controller and select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.
