Any chance to redo missions?

I recently spent 1 hour to complete the Worst Nightmare Rank 6 challenge in the bank against Joker's thugs. I eventually managed everything but failed the hanging ledge because I thought it meant I should hang from the ledge...

Anyway, is there any way to redo that mission? I always restart at the end of that scene, so I guess not?

Who the hell came up with an achievement system where you can fail a challenge for good (this is bad on its own) and from that point on not to be able to complete any other challenges (which is bad surpreme). I never saw such idiocy in another game.

To be honest I haven't touched the game since because it somewhat took the fun out of it for me.

Here in the UK we are protected from stores/ shops who treat people this way. as Tesco sold you the console so they are the seller and the seller is responsible for replacing or repairing the goods, they should not tell you to contact anyone, you could go
to citizens advice just to confirm,

first time ever had to contact microsoft. console under 12 month warranty still, controller has broken. into tesco they told me cust svcs who then told me to ring microsoft. no answer after 29 minutes - joke. tried to contact online and goes back to "register
your device" every bl**dy time. where do i go from here need this controller replacing asap but going round in circles.
