Any chance of DLC discounts?

Surely at $10 each, the DLC on this is too expensive. When you compare it to the dashboard price, the DLC is two thirds of the cost of the whole game.

Not to mention to buy this second hand is about $13.

Can we possibly get it added to the Games with Gold discounts?

Here in the UK we are protected from stores/ shops who treat people this way. as Tesco sold you the console so they are the seller and the seller is responsible for replacing or repairing the goods, they should not tell you to contact anyone, you could go
to citizens advice just to confirm,

first time ever had to contact microsoft. console under 12 month warranty still, controller has broken. into tesco they told me cust svcs who then told me to ring microsoft. no answer after 29 minutes - joke. tried to contact online and goes back to "register
your device" every bl**dy time. where do i go from here need this controller replacing asap but going round in circles.

Now the game is on special with Deals for Gold and it is AU$2 cheaper than the DLC. This is a joke.

I agree. But I don't think there is much demand for it anyways. As of right now, there is about 650 people on Halo Wars. And I'd say the majority get the DLC's on disc anyways.

Nothing reeks of inadequacy more than discounting DLC before it has been released, Activision does the exact same with Smackdown Vs RAW and those games are equally bad.

Before any MK fans jump in to say that Capcom discounts (S)SFIV DLC I would like to point out that the discounted DLC appears after the original DLC has been released, not before and IMO this difference in behaviour represents the relative strength of the
two brands.

@UnyoBro So now its cut content (at a discount) that's the problem. I guess all dlc is cut content right? I'm done debating this with you because its will go nowhere. "Chances are" lol. People operating on those what ifs again.

I've started to expect DLC with most games, even upon release. If a game releases DLC, I expect it to support that game for at least a year, if not longer.

In the beginning, I think they should offer a season pass as a discount to future DLC. I also think that after all of the DLC is released at the end of that 1st year, the season pass itself should get discounted even further for those who haven't picked
up any of the expansions yet (as well as the individual DLCs). This way, everybody saves in some way (early adopters get the season pass discount, individual purchasers get a discount by not buying everything, and late adopters get a "you're late to the party"
discount) and the developers even get more money through having more purchases (and after that 1st year, an ultimate or gold edition of the game could also be released that comes with all of the DLC as well). Everybody wins!
