Any chance of 360 app to stream Xbox One content to another room?

I just had this idea last night (ok it's not exactly a new idea) when my wife wanted the TV, given that I'd had it all weekend and early last night for the footie it seemed only fair to let her have it. I was then kinda bored and looked at the 360 plugged
in gathering dust in the bedroom and hit upon this.

Is there any way that an app could be added to the 360 that would allow us loyal Xbox owners to use our old 360's to stream Xbox One Games across from the XB One to the 360 in the same way I can stream steam games across to a rubbish old laptop or the way
the PS4 streams to Vita. I can't see any obvious reason this wouldn't work and given that (as far as I can work out) the game part of the Xbox One is a separate V machine maybe they could even set it up so the TV/Blu Ray/Netflix parts of the XB one can still
be used on the main console.

Does anyone else think this would be a good idea? The only thing I can think of that could cause an issue is the controller pass through but I'd be happy to use the 360 controller if I had to. I know some people will think it will stop people buying another
XB One for the other room but I doubt that many people actually do that.

Could Twitch app stream TV app?

It would be a very nice feature if twitch app in Xbox One could stream the TV (HDMI input) app... That way we could also stream X360 games! I use the HDMI input just for playing in my xbox 360. After Dark Souls 2 release I would love to stream it in Xbox
One Twitch... Any chance we could see that available?

 

Owning two xboxes and having one gold membership is it possible ?

Stream content from one XBOX to another [Via inbuilt 360 Slim WiFi adapter] & use Windows Media Center... That's the whole purpose of WMC... Or just stream it to the TV in the loungeroom etc..

 

It's a great idea. Can't see why this wouldn't work over a local network.

As for multiple consoles.... I ended up with 3 xbox 360s dotted around the house! (only 1 xbone though)

 

Glad I'm not the only one that thought this was a good idea. Sony just announced some of their new phones will support remote play for PS4, come MS give us this and also maybe make an app for windows 8.1 and windows phone, if you do I promise my next phone
will be windows and my next laptop/tablet will be a surface and I won't be the only one.

 

Well looks like they've decided to do this for Windows 10 devices. As long as the banged up laptop I have kicking around here can run Windows 10 (hopefully it can) I can plug that in and use that on the TV in the bedroom. I have this PC for the back room
and I guess I've got a couple of promises to keep from above, time to look at Windows Phones and a Surface Pro 3.

Still a 360 App would be nice.....
