Any authorized service center for X-box One in India?

Seemingly there is no authorized service center for X-box One in India. I hope it is not true. Please help with service center information in India.

Problem is: For last 3 months my X-box has frequently faced start-up challenges after a system update.

Factory reset was the only option to start the box - which worked for 3 times during last 3 months.

Now, it has become worse, X-box boots but it is not detected by TV now (even after HDMI cable change).

I reached out to Microsoft on Chat option but I was told there is no authorized service center in India.

Even if not authorized, is there a competent professional who can service the box in Mumbai?

The only authorized repair center for the 360 is Microsoft's repair center. Any entity that says otherwise is incorrect.

Your only option is to have the console repaired by an authorized Microsoft Service Center.

I'd contact support again,by phone if possible as it is down to them to organise a repair for your console.

Getting repaired by someone other than Microsoft will end up with your console being banned.

when a console is in need of service/repair then you will have to fill in a service request form via the steps here:

This will link to this page where you can create the request request:

Following the steps there should result in you getting all the information you require to setup the repair request and details on how to ship it etc.

As well as already suggested, check the Ventilation around the console.

If the console overheats and shuts down, this is an indication that your console is getting too hot, and you may need to adjust its placement or remove items that may be blocking vents.

Follow these tips to make sure your console can ventilate properly:

Do not block ventilation openings on the console. Even something that seems insignificant, like a disc case, may limit ventilation. Make sure the power supply, which has a built-in fan, also has adequate ventilation. See

Have you tried
power cycling your console, or any other trouble shooting steps? as it could be something simple that you can fix simply by following a trouble shooting guide or two.

I'd suggest contacting
customer support as they should be able to give you accurate information on any service centers in Mumbai or India in general.
