Any Alien fans here

I'm a huge Alien fan, but I will be waiting on this one, after one huge let down after another I may pass, in my opinion the best game we ever had was AvP on the Atari Jaguar, Alien Trilogy on the PS was ok too, but the rest ? Shocking, and Isolation looks
a little bit slow, I want Xenomorphs everywhere, I appreciate the setting, but meh.

I LOVE the movies (bar AvP2) and I was really looking forward to this game until I saw the trailer. Unfortunately it doesn't look seizure friendly so I am going to hound a bunch of you all for gossip when it hits and you get it

 

I'm a fan of all the film's so I will pick this up. I just hope it not 100% jump scares.

 

Gh0stz, there's 2 clips, both of which have similar lengths. There's the 1st one, which is in the original post. The other is the 5-min. clip everyone is talking about; it features the IGN team playing the game and their showcasing their intitial "AAAaahhh!"
moments.

 

Aliens, great films, terrible games.

In saying that though, I'm always ready to jump into one of the games, they just always look mediocre when they release. Will keep my eye on it.

I'm still not sure whether I'll pick this game up yet, but regardless, I'm glad the franchise is finally attempting to do something different this time around.

 

Yeah I agree there. I played AVP and I didn't like the fact you could play as non human characters. That kinda sucked and the MP didn't suit so much either. I think games like this deserve to be SP only but that's just me.
