Exactly the same for me. I have all 15, and the spring one brought it to 86%

I have the same issue. All 15 of 15 but it only shows 80%. I even took a picture on my xbox so they can see proof. I've had this happen before and i did the same as you. This is the best way if you've tried everything else suggested by Microsoft .They
will look into it and unlock it for you. It worked for me when an achievment didn't go in forza horizon 3.

I have this same issue was an issue on FH3 too hopefully it gets patched and fixed but I know some people on FH3 who still cant unlock it.

Same issue for me! What % does your tracker say? Mine says 86% and I did notice that the final barn I found (Spring Season one) made the % go up so it suggests that one or two of the previous barns didn’t affect the achievement tracker :L

Have you tried the forza horizon 4 gamehub achievement section maybe it will unlock for you then

try to power cycle your console to see if the achievement pops up.
