    Hello, I have contact the xbox live service(1470770381), and gave my site xbox.com/refundshelp, but no way to send my request.

    I bought the game in February with the upgrade. But bioware and ea no nothing solved their problem always at the time of update for nothing always at the time of bug and system of games is not balanced.

    I was patient but it is really shameful, I would like to know if there is way to be refunded?

    I'am sorry to inform you but for a refund the game would need to be purchased within 14 days and not played longer than 2 hours.

    No not anymore. As others have stated you are only eligible for a refund if the purchase was made less than 14 days ago and has been played less than 2 hours.

    Since you said you bought it back in February you are far outside the window of refund eligibility.

    For reimbursement of the game you have to play it for at least two hours. If you exceed the time is no longer refunded.. I'm sorry.

    You can request a refund on digitally purchased items through Microsoft. I've had digital copies of games fully refunded, although I was told its limited per year how many that your account is allowed to request.

    Something to note...Depending on how you purchased the game would depend on which vendor is actually responsible for the product. For example:

    • If you purchased the Xbox one that came with the digital copy of Anthem from a retailer, the obligation for the refund would fall on that retailer, not Microsoft.
    • If you purchased Anthem through the Xbox store on the console, then Microsoft would be the one issuing the refund.
