Anthem PreOrder error?

Hey! Sorry to hear you are having issues with the Anthem preorder. I had a few issues with my preorder not going through myself the other night. Definitely check http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure your purchase was not actually processed, then go
ahead and purchase the game. If the game has not released in your timezone, you will still receive the preorder bonuses.

We're sorry to hear about the current issue with a pre-order canceled. Please take a look at the troubleshooting resource
pre-order Xbox One digital games in the Microsoft Store.



If you don't see the Install option, or if you see a price listed for the purchase, don't purchase the game, as this might result in you being charged again.



To verify whether the original purchase was successful:



In a web browser, sign in to your Microsoft account.



Select Payment & billing, and then select Microsoft order history to view your purchase history.



If your original purchase was successful, the transaction will be listed as "Completed." If you see a completed transaction for the game but don't see the option to install it on your console,
contact Xbox Support.

You may want to double check your order history at http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure the transaction went through. Keep in mind that if you pre-order with a credit card
or Paypal you are not charged until about 10 days before the game releases. So if you didn't have enough to cover the cost the order could have been cancelled.
