    Anthem Online Features not Available to this account


    I was in Expedition, randomly boots me, and from that point on, trying to login, All I get is the server error that my Account does not have access to Online Features. Not sure how I got to level 25 with no access.

    This is getting to be old, a lot of issues for this kind of title.

    Anyone else dealing with this? and the 5 hour wait to talk to someone?

    So, Just got done with EA Support. They said it is an Ongoing issue and they are aware of it. Just wanted to thank you for the responses, and figured I would leave a answer for you all.

    You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

    If a console reboot doesn't work, you may have to remove and reinstall the app.

    It works now, out of nowhere. Thinking it was a server error on their end.

    Yup, it happened to me earlier. Hopefully they have it ironed out going forward.
