    So I pre-ordered anthem (yes I know big mistake) however my problem isn't with the content of the game, I actually rather enjoy that.

    My issue is that almost every time I play randomly my xbox will freeze and make a buzzing noise requiring me to reset before it will function again. This has only occurred while playing anthem and not any other games or services.

    its getting rather annoying now as every time I am kicked out of the party with my mates and booted from the game.

    I have tried re downloading anthem twice with no success (error still occurs) and like previously stated I have reset my xbox numerous times.

    I am super fed up with this and would just like my money back as the game clearly does not function properly. will this be possible and has anyone else had this issue and know a fix?

    You may get lucky if you've never requested a refund, but most likely you're out of luck. Especially if you've played it more than 3 hours.

    My response is.. The game is a live service, and is still prone to having bugs. They did launch the game too early, so they're still working on it.but, i'm sorry the game is not complete.

    Is it possible that your Xbox is overheating? Make sure that it has plenty of ventilation.
