    Hello,

    This is my second post regarding this issue. I am having an issue with the error message "Error receiving Anthem live services". This message is EXTREMELY frustrating as I only receive it after a mission, contract, stronghold or freeplay session has ended.

    I have lost a ton of loot due to this problem, just recently I lost 2 legendary and 7 masterwork items because I got this error message while exiting Free Play.

    Is there an official Anthem forum from BioWare or a support page where I can contact them directly? Is there a way to be compensated or possibly even a refund for this game? This has been ongoing for 9 days now, where I have been unable to play this game
    properly. I have had enough.

    Please help.

    Hey Don Jaun Jose,

    Thank you for reaching out. Upon starting your 10 hour trial of Anthem, you are advised to properly close out the game in order to prevent your timer from running down. As per

    EA's Anthem trial page    , "We can’t reset or add more time to EA Access Play First trials, and neither can the Xbox Support team."

    I'm looking forward to Anthem and Crackdown 3 too. I think that I will play Anthem first due to its nature and then I will look into C3 single player mode.
