    Anthem Crashing 5/3/19


    Hello,

    I have been playing Anthem since it's release and I have had a range of different issues, as I'm sure a lot of players have. The main one I am experiencing that is preventing me from playing the game altogether is after a mission, contact or stronghold,
    I am presented with an error message stating "Error with Anthem live services".

    Not only is this frustrating but I am not progressing as I don't receive my exp or loot from the previous job.

    I have also had an issue where my console completely freezes and is utterly unresponsive from any button pushed on the controller. I did perform a hard reset and cleared the cache and it did fix the issue, but only temporarily.

    Is anyone else having similar issues?

    Are there official responses from EA, Microsoft and / or BioWare?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    At least you got to play. I bought the game. It downloaded and would NOT even launch past the first loading screen. I re downloaded and same thing again. I requested a refund within a day and microsoft refused after selling me a non working game.
    This is beyond frustrating. HELP!

    A lot of people have had similar issues, I expect some patches for the game to release soon.
