    So i see that its a know issue that the 10 hour trail can count down even thought its not been played. This happened to me today and i had 90 min even though i had not even logged into the game, Question is can this time be reset?

    The best thing you could do is contact EA about the issue and see if they can follow it up and fix it.

    Ok but would you not consider something like a 10 hour trial counting down not working as intended and therefore a bug. The fact that you state above that it "This happens a lot it seems with trials." would
    suggest so. Can you answer me this is the xbox that controls the count down or the EA app?

    I believe they mentioned that at the beginning of the trail.

    That if the game is running, it counts the time.

    It's definitely annoying and a fairly common issue, so it's an issue you'd hope for them to fix. It seems to happen a lot of the EA Access trials, the general recommended advice is to always manually shut the game down. Hopefully they can work on a proper
    fix, but in the mean-time, that's the best solution.
