The real question is: why you want a free console instead of buy one like all other user?

That would be different per area. I would suggest requesting a repair/clean through the normal repair channels just so the consoles are working in the correct order ect. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/browse/xbox-one/warranties-and-repair
press the first tab and follow the guide from there to see how much it will be to request the console to be serviced. I wish you luck.
