    answers please to 1 month ban?


    could somebody please answer how my son can be banned from communication while he was on way back home by ambulance from a 2 week spel in hospital with no acess to xbox during that time, i recieved the email ban confirmation just 3 hours before they brought
    into the house on a stretcher, i have been unable to speak to someone on the phone about it being told to go to enforcement. he has no acess to his xbox during his stay in hospital, id like to know why he was banned other than the email stating he been using

    You wont get any more than what was said in the email.

    Your son was probably reported & all reports have to be investigated which takes time so he was suspended for something he did weeks or even months ago.

    You can ask for a case review by logging in with the suspended account here

    thank you for your answer I am not banned yet but every year my reputation and can do better and 2 weeks to avoid so I take the front! because each year a new COD comes out and I'm always banned 1 month or 2 months after that release I really start to

    xbox home needs more security

    Please do not bump old threads,especially ones that have been answered.

    There is a 12 month time limit on when you can appeal a suspension/ban.

    As this happened nearly 3 years ago you can not appeal this.

    Any case is thoroughly investigated before anything is done so if you were banned then it's because you violated the ToU/CoC.

    I've seen a few of these reports and they say Microsoft are investigating it. Although DLC sharing can also get you banned and that particular dlc is very popular
