Yea they were only 24 hour suspensions all 8 of them but @darkist1 they where all by 1 person and idk why I have received a week suspension in 2017 for multiple messages in 1 chat and then same situation little over 2 years its 8x instead of 1 and dont
understand why I was able to reduce the first 24hour suspension but not the other 7

Ok so that seems to be very similar to my situation... however in my instance after the first suspension I was able to complete a survey to reduce the suspension then was unsuspended then 2 hours later resuspended 7 more times with no option to reduce or
dispute 2 hours after I was already unsuspended. Why wasnt all the suspensions at once? Why wasnt I able to dispute or reduce the other 7?

Did they change that recently? I have been suspended before on comms with multiple messages deleted resulting in a 1 week comm suspension.

Xbox support has nothing to do with suspensions the only people that deal with suspensions are the enforcement team.

The only thing that support can see is. What type of suspension (communication or account) and length of suspension.

Every report that is made to the enforcement team is reviewed. and each infraction that is made is subject to a suspension I will give you an example this is not necessarily what happened in your case but this is how you could get multiple suspensions from
the same conversation.

1. Someone sends you a message over chat.

2. You do not like their message and instead of ignoring or blocking and reporting them you send them a message that violates the ToS/CoC. Violation 1 subject to enforcement action.

3. That reports your message and sends you another message.

4. You again send another message that violates the ToS/CoC to this person. Violation 2 subject to a second enforcement action.


This continues on until you reach what ever amount of violations and each report that is made is investigated by an enforcement team member and if they find that the report is valid and that the messages did violate the ToS/CoC then there can be
multiple suspensions put onto an account for one conversation.

I obviously can't speak for everyone but we are extremely limited as far as enforcement goes. Sorry that Support hasn't responded yet but them along with the Enforcement team are the only ones that can help you. As for the 7x suspension, I have never heard
of something like that personally so I would believe them when they say it's a glitch as unfortunate as that is.

One its common sense

Trash talk is only allowed in moderation

Its not rocket science

2 they dont usually point out what got you suspended

This is due to privacy laws and retailiation

Which is a good thing

Yes we have seen people get suspended for retailiating on the said people.who reported them and then coming on forums to complain about the suspension for retailiating

Few people dont know what got them in trouble because they dont read the community standards

Be humane its that simple

Or they trash talk too often its hard to pinpoint what got them into trouble and yes people actual defend trash talking usually because the game is rated M
