Answer locked about XBox One purchase and no rewards points

For some reason I can't see your support reply to my original post about not getting the rewards points for an XBox One purchase from 12/18. I called support, but they keep telling me to come here, but when I posted it got locked and I can't see the reply.

Here is the response provided there:

Hi MAXIMUS. 50,000 Credits were awarded to you on December 6 and deposited to your Microsoft account on December 28th. The console offer can only be completed once.

I can confirm that this is accurate. For reference, all past Credit events can be viewed from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. If you sort/view this section by lifetime (or in this case, past three months), you will be able to see this Credit event.
