Hey everyone,

My answer its normaly i receive email for activate all prepaid cards so last monday buy two cards 100$ and 50$ no have email for that its normal.

Last email for card its my 3 month menbership on may so no email for prepaid gift cards.

To add to the answer that x24hrs2livex has provided, the reason that prepaid gift cards don't work on the Xbox is because the billing address on those cards do not match your address.

You receive billing info in your email when you purchase something from the service. Purchasing prepaid cards means you just added some MS credit to your account yet you have to actually buy something from xbox live store (like games or add ons) in order
to get an email with billing info.

Depends on the retailer and how the offer was made. If this is third party provider we are talking about you have to take it up with the retailer.

onto an active Microsoft account and will come up as a "Use Microsoft Account Balance" as the payment option instead of using credit cards.
