Here's another question, how is blocking banned players from HEARING other players (including friends) keeping the community safe?

And another, why is the 1st 24 hour ban NOT the same as any subsequent ban, in that I could still HEAR other players?

DO NOT REPLY WITH "It wouldn't be punishment" because that's wrong, the 24 hour ban was really annoying and SHOULD be enough of a punishment (Pierrepoint, cough, cough...), this FUN DESTROYING exile is
going into bully territory.

THEN, there's the reminder of the ban being active EVERYTIME I go online (AND again when playing some games, Fortnite and Warframe for instance), it's akin to being a warden, locking someone in a cage and
taunting them by pointing a finger at them and saying over and over, "You're in a cage, ha ha, you can't get out, ha ha", everyday until they BURST THEIR OWN EARDRUMS so they CAN'T hear it anymore.

PROTECTING THE COMMUNITY? Doesn't that include me??? Am I NOT part of the community?

Where's MY protection?

Along with all the other stuff that they just posted, Ambassadors do not have any power at all to ban communications. It's the Enforcement team that handles all of that and if there is an issue which you obviously have I would go to the suggested links.

 

It's meant to be a punishment so you don't do it again.

 

So, I ask a question and your response is "go away and FIND the answers, here's where to look"?

No one here can answer that since the enforcement team does not use the forums. It could have been intentionally done by them or it may have just been a glitch.

 

Hold your horses because there is some lack of knowledge here we the ambassadors dont deal with bans or communication issues that is the enforcing team inside Microsoft you should take this question to them and their forum dont come here to bash on ppl
that is not related to your problems on the other side Ambassadors exist to help troubled people with many different problems we dont ride in high horses here we are just as humble as any other user is...thanks.

I would like to suggest that this sort of attitude is EXACTLY why we are ALL victims of a broken system that won't be fixed, no matter how much optimism is applied.

Where do we find the XBLPET forum, I'd love to talk to one of these spooks, I'm guessing I'm not alone in that desire, I'm just alone in addressing the issues and putting MY thoughts forward for all to see.

Ranting about the Enforcement Team being "overlords" or "acting in secrecy" doesn't achieve anything.

As you've already been provided the appropriate answer to your questions, and this is quickly descending into an aimless rant, I am going to go ahead and lock this thread here. As stated, Enforcement aren't on the forums; you can submit case reviews if you
feel action has been wrongly applied to your account, and the only place to do that is
enforcement.xbox.com.
