    Another Xbox One controller defect!


    So far I have had this controller for roughly two weeks or so with MINIMAL playtime. The issues are....The panels falling off (you can see the tape holding them together in the video) the thumb sticks popping out of place and now this.In the video you can
    see that every time the trigger is press, you can feel a grinding sensation on your finger and the bumper moves slightly...this is my 24th controller with a replacement day one controller coming in later today witch will be my 25th controller in less than
    one month! Today's "repaired" controller will decide if I sell the XBOX One and go for PS4 or keep it. I have been a loyal customer for 10 plus years, and I am done with receiving cheaply made products! If you look on the same channel's video you will see

    Another controller....broke

    Welcome to xbox, you just have to buy another controller. I have had about 30 controllers, and not one doesn't have a defect that affects gameplay. The quality is horrible and no one from MS will acknowledge it.

    Elite Controller Grips Problem

    Hi! My elite controller have the same problem, and it is out of warranty. It is another defect in an 180$ controller.

    I have two defective controllers and it makes Absolutely Zero sense to purchase another controller that becomes defective because of Microsoft.

    Is the controller defective? Do you have another one to try out? Did you or someone else re-map the buttons?
