    Another "Where are my GoW codes?" Thread


    I've read a lot about this and according to these forums it can take up to a month to get them. This is written nowhere on my 1TB GoW 4 Xbox bundle. Not on the GoW 4 card (with code), not on the box, not on a manual, nowhere. The 360 games were a large reason
    I bought an Xbone. I'd like to play them in order so I have an expensive, white paperweight for now. Chat support knew nothing. Call support was hardly better, still didn't know anything but at least they are following up. Going on 3 weeks from the time I
    installed/launched GoW 4. I know support has sent codes directly for support tickets, I'd like to go this route. Please help.

    Where are my GOW code ?

    After further investigation, we've determined that you are not eligible for the promotion for one of these following reasons:

    • You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.
    • If you are located in Japan, Germany, or China, you do not qualify for this promotion. Additionally, if you are located in a non Xbox Live supported region, you will not qualify. For a list of supported Xbox Live regions, please check our Xbox
      Live Countries       page.
    • If you are under the age of 17 or have set your birth date incorrectly on your account (Example: December 12th 1899), you will not qualify for this offer. Your account must be set up correctly to reflect your accurate birth date. To check the birth
      date on your account, head over to your Personal Info page on your account. Changing the birth date on your account using the site above does not change your
      Xbox Live account's birth date.

    From the Gears of War 4 store page:





    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.




    So if you still don't have your codes after 30 days, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take a closer look.

    As mentioned in another thread it sounds more like lag switching than hacking, same thing used to happen in GOW 2 and it was invariably clans with stupid Tags
