    Much like many others who have posted here and other forums, I've had my Xbox Live banned for 24+ hours for a months old LFG post. Clearly from the screenshots and testimonies this is not happening to people with justification. I've seen no response from any official Xbox person/entity suggesting acknowledgement of the problem or potential solutions. They claim you can request a call back and speak to someone anytime, but after having the first call today dropped, it says I've reached the daily callback limit. It's like a joke - truly laughable. There's no # you can call, no email to reach out to. Absolutely no recourse to be had.

    I think it's grossly irresponsible to treat your customer base this way. Yesterday the Microsoft employee just passed the buck - failing to connect me to a supervisor, claiming the enforcement team is essentially it's own entity and operates independently, and can only be reached if your ban is eligible for appeal. And they determine eligibility??? How utterly convenient.

    So their system goes off the reservation and people start getting random, wrongful bans. And Xbox/Microsoft get to shrug and look the other way? I fully expect this post will also do nothing to solve my issue, as no other efforts have been remotely fruitful. They literally attempt to outsource customer support by having you message other people who play xbox??? Or post on a forum? No way - this can't actually be the extent of their idea of "support", can it?

    So I suppose I'll spend the holiday week not enjoying the games and services I pay for. I can't even play 10+ year old CoD games locally with my kid. Xbox won't see another dime from me.

    It's disgraceful and embarrassing, and wasting my money.

    I wasn't confusing it as automated, as much as I was accusing it of being as good as one. It was word-for-word the same reply you gave to someone else with the issue, and it only redirects people to the enforcement page THAT THEY WERE ALREADY AT to see the suspension they posted about.

    The customers are painfully aware that "support" (if you dare call yourself that) cant deal with enforcement. But since the enforcement page also has no contact info unless you are appealing - and, again, these appeals are only available at their discretion/ for longer suspensions, not the variety we're dealing with on the recent influx of old LFG post band - the enforcement page is essentially useless. This forum becomes the only place to air grievances or try to find some answers.

    Is there something you about all that you don't understand or find confusing? Maybe rather than tell everyone why you can't help them, use your resources to try and find a solution for the customers you allegedly serve. Now THAT would be support.

    Thanks for the same automated, canned reply you give to everyone having this issue. I would again encourage you to refrain from replying with what can only be considered an unhelpful response. Maybe someone else can have something more insightful to add.

    The link to the enforcement page is useless for anyone dealing with these shorter bans for months old LFG posts. It is in no way a solution and only perpetuates the failing support system issue.

    Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

    Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

    The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    Just to let you know, enforcement actions are not always issued based in your latest activity.
    And, 48 hours suspensions can't be appealed because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your ticket

    No one here can help you with that, the enforcement team doesn’t review these forums and no one at Microsoft outside the enforcement website can assist you with that
